  I needed a more reasonable payment for my insurance on my car and renter insurance. I shopped around a little bit but decided to check out Bonnie's agency. This was over a year ago and I could not be happier with my choice!!! And recent events have further made me appreciate the agency! On 1/26/18 I was involved in an accident which was not my fault. The insurance company to which I had to make the claim against was one I had never heard of, and could not find a phone number for. In a panic, I went to Bonnie for help (on Saturday). She not only helped me find a phone number, but she called me the following Monday to make sure that I was able to make contact and make my claim. She also made me aware of N.C.'s Diminished Value Law. There were several other times I needed to speak with Bonnie about different aspects of the accident not only did she make time for me, I feel like she went above and beyond the entire way!! Recently my son decided he wanted to pay less for his insurance and of course I suggested Bonnie...now he is paying almost 50% less!!!

  I had to use State Farm's Roadside Service today and was incredibly pleased. Everyone was so friendly and very supportive. I love calling Bonnie Burns office because her and her staff are always so kind and helpful! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the great service I have received! :)
