- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★David definitely went above and beyond helping us find a home in Wake Forest. We were down from Boston house hunting, and David spent his entire Saturday and Sunday helping us find the perfect place. Beforehand he took time to sort out a conference call to get a feel for our budget and wish list, and when we came to town, showed us homes from our list as well as places we hadn't considered. His experience and expertise came through, giving us context and flavor for the different neighborhoods. Most importantly, he didn't take is to a single property outside our price range.
